Dallas interventional work in complex CHD now in JCMR

It takes time to publish during clinical routine, but finally the groundbreaking work of the team by drs Reddy, Hussain and Greil at Dallas Children’s/UTSW is now published in JCMR. The study describes interventional CMR procedures successfully performed to completion in 31/34 (91%) subjects between August 1st 2017 to December 13th, 2018. Median age and weight of mostly (n=21) single ventricle patients was 7.7 years and 25.2 kg (range: 3 months – 33 years and 8 –80 kg). Most exciting is the first description of Fontan fenestration test occlusion iCMR procedures in  pediatric subjects with complex CHD  with the aid of our EmeryGlide MR conditional guidewire.
